Coromandel Coastal Walkway Shuttle departs Coromandel Town 8.30 am

The Walkway travels a well worn bridle path that can be enjoyed by young and old alike with medium levels of fitness. This is a self-guided hike and takes approximately 3-4 hours.  With a variety of scenery from native bush, craggy cliffs, seaviews and farmland there’s something to behold around every corner.

Our full day experience also includes a shuttle to the dropoff point at Fletcher Bay where you begin your return trip in and out of the Walkway for up to 10kms. We provide free water top-ups, afternoon tea and a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced driver!

Due to the remote location, it takes approx. two hours from Coromandel Town to reach the start point of the Walkway at Fletcher Bay. Our roads are narrow, gravelly and winding so extra care and attention is needed for a safe journey.

Coromandel Town Departs 8.30 a.m. (checkin 10 mins prior) from Coromandel Town Carpark, 68 Woollams Avenue, Coromandel Town  and returns approx 6:00p.m. 

Sturdy walking shoes, sunhat, sunscreen, warm layer, rain jacket, swimming togs, towel, camera, insect repellent plus lunch to enjoy on the hike as well as any snacks and water.
